Room is quite spacious for 3 person. Facilities is enough. Near gwangjang market, so its convenient to eat in the night. Only need to cross the road to get to the airport bus stop. Finally, really thank you to the staffs. They are friendly and very helpful.

Large sized room for family of 4, good exhaust in bathroom, room temperature that we can adjust, free drinking water and daily housekeeping. Jae from Front Desk was especially helpful in calling us a taxi, printing out korail frequency timings, ordering takeout and handling our left luggage.

The double bed was narrow.

it was the only hotel in Seoul which gave us amenities for 5pax when we booked the room. the rest of the hotels we stayed gave us like 2 or 3 sets only. convenient location to train station. 15min walk to late night shopping at Dongdaemun area

The reception counter will not help you to store your luggage. Instead there are self storage lockers at the entrance of the hotel. 5000KRW for each locker for 4hrs.

Overall, good.

To be honest, the room is large and accommodating. You have plenty of room for your luggages and all. The staffs are polite and understanding, they felt sorry that we need to pay for bag storage so they gave us complimentary bottles of water and also upgrade our room for our second night, in which, I am really grateful. They are also try to communicate in Thai via chat and arrange to have our bags in the room, which is a nice touch. The amenities are great, going green without being cheap. The complimentary tea in the room is pretty delicious.

You have to pay for baggage storage if you arrive early and cannot leave luggage free of charge after check out. It is also quite a walk to train station if you are with bags. I also found the tv is quite hard to use but may be it was me ????.

Excellent location, Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff

The hotel location is superb, nearby the train station (5 mins walk) and there are a couple convenience stores around it. It is also situated near the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and Gwangjang Market (both are about 8-10 minutes walk). The hotel itself is clean, staffs are friendly and easy to reach via text. the internet connection is good and for the price that we got it was well worth it. It also have washing machine upstairs for those who need some cleaning to do. Hot water and ice can also be obtained upstairs.

If you are bringing a whole lot of luggage be prepared to do at least 2 trips up the elevator as it is quite small.

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is near subway station quite convenient to go anywhere.

The service of staff is almost non existence. On the last day we ask help from one of the staff in the reception to book us taxi to Seoul station but he refused. He's saying can only help book taxi to incheon. We stayed there for 8 nights, the least he can do help us a bit.

we stayed in family room for 4-5 persons. the room is clean and big enough.

hotel location is in the middle between Eujiro-4 and Dongdaemun history & culture center. Need 5-10 minutes to walk to train station but it's not too far.

The room we booked was big enough for 4-5 pax. The beds were very comfortable! The room was cleaned everyday. Drinking water, towels, and toiletries were replenished everyday as well. The location of the hotel is near the subway and several bus stops.
